Two beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottages specifically designed for couples come complete with everything you could possibly require for a luxury getaway. Spas, wood heaters, bbq, TV, Cd player, DVD/video, electric blankets and more, all ensure your country experience with every creature comfort. Each cottage sleeps 2 people.
Sit on the verandah and enjoy the beautiful garden setting listening to the birds with out a care in the world.
Perfectly situated close to Foster township, restaurants, wineries, beaches, national parks and much more.
Note: minimum bookings may apply to long weekends, public holidays, easter and school holidays.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
· Total tariff payable on arrival & credit card security required prior to check in
· Check in is after 2pm, check out before 11am
· Cancellations with more than 30 days notice – 25% fee.
· Cancellations with less than 30 but more than 7 notice – 50% fee.
· Cancellations with less than 7 days notice – 100% fee.
· Fees may be waived at owners’ discretion.
· No refund for early departure.
· We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances
· Payments will be accepted by Visa, MasterCard, EFT and cash
· Bringing more people than your confirmation letter states (including babies and children) may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking, cancellation policy still applies.
· We occasionally accept pets by prior arrangement. Bringing your pet may result in additional cleaning fees and/or your booking being forfeited or cancelled, booking conditions will still apply.
Please note: Extra charges may apply for breakages, Damage to property, or failure to comply with stated conditions, e.g. Smoking indoors.
