Wine and dine on the expansive courtyard of this luxury Villa. This 3 story French style Villa is on a corner block with canals on 2 sides. Each level of the Villa has balconies, some with shuttered windows. All bedrooms have canal views and are large with queen beds. There are 3 bedrooms on the second level (master with ensuite) and 2 bedrooms on the third level (one with king size four poster). Top quality fittings are throughout. Undercover parking is provided for 2 cars.
Bouvard Island
Bouvard Island is a private gated Island with remote and intercom controlled gates. The Villa's all have canal frontage. Dolphins are frequent visitiors to the canal outside the villa. The Villa is in easy walking distance of Avalon Beach..a beautiful sandy beach with excellent surf and windsurfing conditions. The canals lead to the Dawesville Cut and from there, one can gain access to either the huge Peel Inlet waterway or via the ocean to Mandurah (20 mins by boat). The Peel Inlet is excellent for water skiing, wake baording, fishing and other watersports. The Villa is in the heart of the "golf coast" with easy access to three international standard courses.

PRICING:
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Minimum stay through Christmas /New Year period is 7 nights. Discounts are available for stays lnger than 7 nights. The Villa sleeps up to 10 with all linen is provided.

I've stayed in a few places using this website/service. Without hesitation I can say that this was by far the best accomodation to date. Excellent location, plenty to do, immaculate house, professional service, etc etc.

Just on our way home from our family easter holiday in this fantastic everything you could ask for and more house! We enjoyed ourselves immensely. This villa has everything that you need. It is luxury at its best.
We enjoyed a yummy feast on the crabs we caught off the balcony . It will be weekend my family and I will always remember.

We had the best time at the Villa on the long weekend, we all really enjoyed ourselves and hope to organise another weekend sometime this year or same time next year. Everyone kept thanking me for finding this accomodation. (It was good to take the credit.) I would like to let you know that we were all impressed with how well the place is accomodating with everything there to use. The beds were comfortable and the breeze that came through the shutters was excellent.

The location was excellent and it was great having access to the kayaks to explore the canals. Fun was had fishing and crabbing off the balcony and the children loved feeding the ducks. Just come back from a wonderful relaxing weekend at this property. The villa is fantastic. Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the canals and the double head shower and spa in the main bathroom are a real treat. Highly recommend this property.

Our family stayed at Villa 65 for the Easter weekend. We had a fabulous time. The Villa is well presented and very spacious.The views of the canals are amazing, we spent a lot ot time on the balacony and have even managed to spot a dolpin. Great location with the shopping centre being 5 minutes away,the beach is within walking distance from the apartment.Will definantely stay there again.

Perfect property for 5 couples. We stayed in and cooked in the well equipped kitchen. We also used the lovely barbecue on the large balcony. Bedrooms were all very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. All instructions and directions were very clear. All in all a terrific property.

Although it was during winter, and a little cold at night, our stay at Villa 65 was incredible. Still had a BBQ, but didn't do any of the water activities.
I told my friends, if you wanted to live like the rich and famous without going broke, you should try living here (during winter.

This villa is one of a kind. It is beautiful inside and out. The view from the main window was my favourite when all the shutters were opened....I felt like i was back in Venice !!

We stayed in this villa for the long weekend and it was awesome from the beginning to the end of the weekend.There were three other couples and the accomodation was as we expected and more.We felt we were in Europe on the canals.
It is excellently equipped for a large group of people. We even used the kayaks and the neighbours were very friendly even loaning us their fishing rods and crab nets......We are planning another holiday on the canals soon.

The Bouvard Island Luxury Villa provided outstanding accommodation on the canals that almost made me feel like I was on holiday overseas in a tropical climate. It is an awesome escape from the city without having to travel a long way. Bouvard Villa is a beautiful property, well stocked with crockery and glasses for a crowd. We had two families staying and there was loads of room for everyone. The kayaks were a great hit with the kids and adults. We also caught crabs off the balcony and the teenagers got mussels from the walls below the waterline.
BBQs on the patio in the afternoon were an absolute delight; The neighbours and boaties were welcoming and friendly.
Our Christmas on Bouvard Island has been a real highlight of our visit to WA.

The villa had EVERYTHING....I have stayed at other houses, apartments, villas and they don't normally have enough plates, glasses or cutlery for a big group and we invited our friends who came over from the UK and there was plenty of room for all.
We had so much fun on the kayaks that come with the house. There is a new tv that is just great.
You will not regret hiring out this Villa!

What a magnificent place, the views from every bedroom make it a delight to start the day. Classy fittings including the 'animalistic day bed' brings luxurious comfort. Huge outdoor entertaining area overlooking expansive canal views makes for a great barbeque breakfast to enjoy the early morning rays! A superb time was had by all.
