This delightful 5 bedroom beach house is fully self contained, extremely clean & comfortable, with everything you need for a great holiday. It is very family friendly & children are most welcome.

It is ideally located in Waikiki crescent at Smiths Beach, one of the Islands best beaches. Walk to the beach in minutes & drive to Cowes & nearly all the Islands attractions in 5 minutes from this central location. An easy 2 minute drive to the G.P. Track makes it very convenient for the car or bike enthusiast.

Enjoy beautiful beach & ocean views of Smiths beach, Express point & all the way up to Cape Woolami.


The 2 storey house has 3 bedrooms upstairs & 2 downstairs, 2 toilets & 2 showers, 2 living areas each with TV,VHS,DVD & CD players.
A new modern kitchen with dishwasher, micowave, new fridge, oven & hotplates, filtered water, cooking utensils & a huge amount of quality crockery,cutlery & glasses.
There is a lovely large undercover balcony on 3 sides of the house with a BBQ & outdoor setting overlooking the magnificent views.

The general store is a minutes stroll away & drive to the Penguin parade, Grandprix track, Golf Course, Nature Parks, Winery, shops & restaurants in Cowes, in 5 - 8 minutes.

The house is ideal for a family holiday or large group & cosy enough for a romantic getaway.

Very few properties can offer these sensational views.

Stroll to the beach, swim, surf, snorkel, fish or enjoy a glass of wine,read a book & relax at this private, quiet position.

Available all year round for short or long stays with late checkout available by arrangement.

Doonas, blankets & pillows are supplied. Sheets & towels can be supplied for a small extra charge with the beds made up.

We also own 41 Waikiki - a large 3 b/r house on the ocean side of Waikiki cres. absolute oceanfront with spectacular ocean views, ideal if you have a large group as you can book both! View also on Stayz.

For a smaller group or couple we also own a lovely 2 bedroom oceanfront house on The Esplanade at Sunderland Bay (next to Smiths Beach) with spectacular views.
Sunbay is also on Stayz.

If you prefer to stay in Cowes, we have a wonderful 4 bedroom house, 1 street back from the beach with water views, huge under cover balcony with bbq & outdoor setting enabling you to be outside even if the weather is bad.
Only a 2 minute drive to the main shopping strip, the house is in a lovely quiet treed area, a 5 min. drive to the G.P. Track with the security of a double lock up garage & a 7 minute drive to the Penguin parade. Somer Views is also on Stayz.
