Location

Located in South Fremantle within 500m of the beach and Fremantle Sailing Club South Beach is set amidst a host of restaurants, art & craft shops, cafes and a few pubs.

The free CAT bus passes every 6 minutes during daylight hours and circumnavigates Fremantle. Visitors love this service which is friendly and free.

Visit Kailis fish shop on Marine Terrace for all your fresh fish needs.

Fishing boat harbour is a stroll with all its waterfront seafood restaurants, famous for its fish and chips but you will find a restaurant to cater for any taste from a la carte to MacDonalds.

Fremantle sits on the mouth of the Swan River and the Indian ocean and the best way to appreciate this beautiful city is with a cruise from Fremantle to Perth. On the way you will see all the millionaire's mansions and the city skyline from the river is spectacular. The historic fishing port of Fremantle came to fame in 1987 when the America's Cup Yacht Challenge was held there. This was the first time it had been held outside the USA. Now it is a charming town of boutiques, restaurants, bars and eateries. By road Perth is only 20mins from Fremantle so you can choose to spend a couple of nights there or just visit for lunch or dinner.
