This lovely holiday home is situated in Falcon, nestled between the ocean and the estuary, 7km south of Mandurah town centre.

Just a short stroll to Falcon Bay, where you will find a sandy beach ideal for swimming, fishing or walking the dog... and in the other direction, the Estuary - where crabs in season are plentiful. Or you might like to spend your time playing golf at one of the many nearby courses including \'The Cut\' at Port Bouvard.

Falcon Family Retreat is suitable for up to 7 guests (3 bedrooms), and pets are welcome. Just a short stroll to the local shopping centre, which has everything you need to sustain yourselves for your holiday. Shops include Woolworths, chemist, award-winning bakery, video store, newsagent, post office, butcher, fruit & vegies, café, hairdresser, a medical centre and a liquor store/tavern. There is no need to use your car – everything is within walking distance!

Relax in our comfortable fully equipped home. The living room is airconditioned and has a TV, DVD, VCR and stereo and comfortable lounges. Eat your meals at the dining table or outside on a balmy evening using the outdoor setting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The laundry has a washing machine and a washing line outside for your clothes. Outside is a lovely private enclosed garden and large patio with outdoor setting and a BBQ for summer entertainment. We also provide crabbing and prawning equipment should you wish to try your hand at the estuary!

Our home provides a relaxing adult escape from the pressures of the city without having to travel for hours!

All you need to take is bed linen and towels.

Minimum stay: 2 nights, or 3 nights on a long weekend
