Recently renovated with all new appliances, a light filled house with every amenity.
Excellent heating in winter with a very efficient wood heater that will heat the whole house.
Plenty of firewood available.
Reverse cycle split system air conditioning and heating.
Great for that escape any time of the year.
Has large lounge/ kitchen area with flat screen TV, DVD player, good stereo, CD player and speakers with ipod/iphone connector plug.
There is an additional TV and DVD player in second BR.
Also a large outdoor room with flat panel roof with downlights and gas BBQ.
There is also a wood fired BBQ on the property.
The house is 3 BR with I QB, I DB and 2 SB's. Sleeps 6.
Fantastic location in sought after area. Close to bayside and ocean beaches, Blairgowrie shops and restaurants and the historic town of Sorrento.
Also nearby are golf courses, wineries, Peninsula hot springs and more.
Plenty of room to park the car and the boat.
