The formal lounge room or parents retreat makes for a spacious entertaining area with French doors allowing the cool summer breeze to flow through whether reading a novel, watching the television or having a quiet drink with family or friends, the ambiance of this room is sure to impress.

The enormous timber decked Verandah has a huge 10 seater outdoor entertaining table, allowing you to enjoy a glass of the regions superb wine whilst dining alfresco overlooking the bay through the peppermint trees. Cooking outdoors is a breeze using the large covered gas BBQ, and there is still plenty of room for the children to play or perhaps you would like to laze around with a book in the afternoon sun. The yard is fully fenced so you can be assured of your children’s safety.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

You may sit on the huge timber decked verandah dinning alfresco or watching the activity pass you by. Take a stroll across the road to the beautiful beach of Dunsborough Bay lay in the sun, take a swim, hire a surf cat, wave ski or take a gorgeous eco cruise it is all located across the road.

The children are not forgotten they can also play on the great children’s playground located across the road, kick a ball, play some cricket or just run around.

Take a walk to town less then 1km away and visit the Dunsborough Gallery, have a coffee or do some shopping at the many clothes and gift shops Dunsborough has to offer. Take a short drive to some of the regions finest wineries have some lunch or do some wine tastings it is up to you.

If fishing, surfing or crabbing or even a game of golf is your pleasure then these are also available within the area.

Some of the other fabulous things to see and do besides visiting the wineries are Horse Riding, Cape Lavender, Art Galleries, Sunflower Farm, Margaret River Chocolate Company, Simmos Icecreamery, The Fudge Factory, The Candy Cow, The Bootleg Brewery or Colonial Brewery.
