Ocean View Retreat is a large two storey character built home, tastefully decorated comprising of five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. The living area is open plan which includes a large kitchen, dining room, family room and formal lounge all decorated in modern friendly colours.

Ocean View Retreat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the beach and several parks.

Upstairs bathroom comes with corner spa and separate shower, and vanity
Downstairs bathroom with large leadlight window and full size shower and bath
There is reverse cycle air-conditioning downstairs and ceiling fans
Downstairs living area has two lounges, stereo, TV & DVD with movies supplied
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave oven
Large fridge and freezer
ALL cooking utensils provided
Separate dining room
Laundry with washing machine and ironing board/iron
Barbecue and outdoor setting supplied
Large verandahs front and back with paving
