Welcome to the Prevelly Beach House. Nestled amongst shady peppermint trees the newly renovated, (Jan 2009), old-style beach house, is ideal for a relaxed holiday. A short walk to beautiful Prevelly beach, Prevelly shop and "Sea Gardens" café.

Prevelly is located within a lively tourism region with easy walking distance to fabulous swimming and surfing beaches and local cafes, a short drive to nearby wineries, restaurants, art galleries, and just a 10min drive into Margaret River.

The house is furnished with selected mid century design pieces suited to the 60's beach house. There is a generous elevated balcony to the west for reading and sunset gazing, and a sheltered verandah to the east - perfect for bbq's and out door dinning.

The new addition has added a double bed room and a laundry to the main part of the house and opened up the living and dining room to the verandah. The "Balcony Suite" has a queen sized bed, ensuite and walk in robe and is accessed separately via the verandah.

The beach house has 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 7 (max 4 adults):
* Queen size bed w ensuite.
* Double bed
* Bunk bed and 1 single bed.

Bring your own towels, sheets, pillow slips and tea towels, all beds have doonas/blankets and pillows.

Linen hire is availiable on request at a cost of $15.00 per person, and includes: bed sheets, pillow slips, bath towels, and tea towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots pans, bbq tongs etc. and glasses, plates, bowls and cutlery.
