Situated 5 mins drive from Smiths and Yallingup Beaches and within 20 minutes of many other great surfing beaches in the area including the famous Margaret River. This home is within walking distance of the best Galleries in the area, surrounded by good restaurants and wineries what more could you want. After a busy day why not relax on the veranda, sipping wine, eating local cheese while kangaroos play, kookaburras laugh and the sun sets in the tranquility of the bush.

This home was completed December 2003 and has everything you want in a holiday home. Sleeps 10, has 2 main bedrooms with ensuites, a 3rd bathroom and toilet for the other 2 bedrooms. Great for 2 families! Children are very welcome and being on 5 acres noise is nothing to worry about. This home is fully equipped dish washer, washing machine and dryer. Comes with all linen supplied and the kitchen has everything you will need to make your holiday one of the best.

Booking details

Weekly bookings are from Mon. to Sun , but we will try to be flexible outside of peaks. There is a maximum of 10 people allowed at any time . Pets are allowed but not inside home.

A $250 refundable security deposit is required with all bookings. Payment is required in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Linen is provided.

Bookings are from 2.00pm day of arrival to 10am day of leaving, so cleaning can be done for incoming guests.
Weekend Bookings: 2.00pm Fri to 10am Monday

There is a fully self contained shed on block that can accomodate more people please ask when inquiring.
