Seperate Rumpus Room downstairs with it\'s own front and back entry, bedroom, with its own TV and sofabeds for kids to hang out which walks out onto back garden. Laundry is also out the back which has another bathroom and shower with washer and dryer as well. Beautiful established gardens on all sides of the property. Garage for one car.
