Residence is located within the very sought after Solander estate , the area is renowned for it's quality beachside homes and convenience to centre of town.
The property contains four bedrooms all very spacious with three queen beds and one room with two single beds , two of the bedrooms have LCD / DVD combo's mounted on the wall and all bedrooms are airconditioned with fans and builtin's . The living room contains a 106 cm plasma with stero / dvd / austar connected . There is one ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom with spa bath . The layout is open plan and can easily accomodate up to nine people without being crowded .
For relaxing the pool area is fully fenced for child safety and contains a dining area within pool enclosure as well as another on the rear patio with bbq facilities as multiple sunlounges . There are a selection of toys , as well as pool toys for use of younger children at the property . In regards to infants a portacot , highchair and beach stroller are also available for use if requested .
