Description
Delightful studio in perfect location. Clean and neat, with own entrance off the driveway. Quiet location at the rear of the house. Plenty of untimed street parking in this residential street.
All linen supplied, free wifi, aircon, and use of washing machine on back verandah.
Cook for yourself or sample the excellent multicultural local restaurants. Basic groceries supplied on a "use and replace" basis (oil, salt etc.)
Pleasant (mostly indigenous) garden, BBQ in backyard. House is directly opposite a small park.
Nightly rate includes all linen & towels, tea and coffee, wifi, aircon. Friendly owner on site to help you find your feet. Eco-friendly with solar pv and hot water.
Melbourne University is 10 minutes away on the tram, or borrow my bike (byo helmet). Tram stop is a 2 minute walk (#55 tram) or 8 minute walk to catch the #19 on Sydney Rd (goes down Royal Parade/Elizabeth St)

Backyard is shared with Zac, a cute and friendly poodle-cross puppy, nearly 2 yo, so no visiting pets, sorry.
Great access to city attractions and Melbourne University
Walk 100m to Tram 55 that will take you to central Melbourne via the Zoo, State Netball & Hockey Centre, Children's Hospital, Royal Melbourne & Women's Hopitals, Melbourne University, Victoria Market and on into the city and beyond. A 10 min walk (or 2 short stops on the bus) takes you to Moonee Valley racecourse or further to Moonee Ponds. In the other direction, walk 8 minutes to Sydney Rd with its funky shops and factory outlets and huge variety of restaurants and bars. 15 min drive to Tullamarine Airport on freeway. Ample street parking available. Buses (100m to nearest stop) also run regularly to the famous Puckle St, Moonee Ponds and to Sydney Rd with its factory outlets (10 min walk).
