Set at the top end of the the cape Wild Fig Jam looks through the valley onto the beautiful Geographe bay. It is close to galleries, wineries and great restaurants. You can choose from varied outside activities including bike rides, water sports including sailing in the bay, horse riding or try the Cape to Cape walk. With the magnificent views to the bay it's easy to relax in a casual and quiet environment on 3 1/2 acres of land. As you sit on the old fashioned wide verandahs you can watch the kangaroos as the sun sets and reconnect with nature. If you don't want to leave you can cook in the renovated farmhouse kitchen or bbq as evening falls gently. Cot, highchair and childrens toys are available. Wood fire is available to warm home on those chilly winter evenings
No air conditioning necessary in summer breezes flow from all directions and fans are in the rooms - usually you need to cover yourself with the doona at night as the cool breezes come through from the ridge.

  • "Great property. Very cosy and absolutley beautiful view. Our dog layed in the paddocks and enjoyed chasing grasshoppers whilst we sat out the front with a drop of local red. Thanks for the stay. We will be back for sure. Jess"

  • "Jane is the most fantastic host and the property could not be beaten on all fronts. It was a dream to be able to have 4 generations of family as well as our "furbabies" all within minutes of beaches and wineries. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday with all amenities close by for those adventure days. "

  • "We have an asthmatic with animal allergies in the family, how many property owners would make the effort to have the whole place cleaned & shampoo'd prior to our arrival!!! Charming house, fantastic views (better than the photos) and an even more fantastic host in Jane. Warm welcome, then left to discover all the little treasures ourselves. Kids and adults (including those from the Gold Coast) both loved Wild Fig Jam and keen to return - we've found our little spot in the South West."
    Michaela, November 2010

  • "Beautiful location, and the house has a welcoming rustic feel. We had such a relaxing time enjoying the wood fire on winter nights. Walking distance to the woodfired bakery. Must visit again. "
    Annie, July 2009

  • "The view was astounding, the atmosphere serene and the kangaroo's visiting in the evening whilst drinking our wine on the veranda made our stay complete. A beautiful home away from home with everything we needed, couldn't ask for a better spot."
