You'll love staying at our house at any time of the year- everyone does! It's a lovely comfortable 3BR holiday home, full of character and interesting rustic & recycled building features. Short walk to river and shops, 10mins to beach. From our balcony you'll enjoy the wonderful views and local bird-life. You'll feel like you are in a tree house!
Upstairs is fully self-contained with 2 bedrooms, sitting room or third bedroom, kitchen and open-plan lounge and dining, WC and bathroom.
Laundry and second bathroom are downstairs.
Dog welcome: backyard is secure.

THE PRICING APPLIES FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE YOU INDICATE ARE STAYING. NO EXTRA PEOPLE PERMITTED WITHOUT ADVISING OWNER. ANY EXTRA PERSONS WHO ARE PERMITTED TO STAY MAY INCUR AN EXCESS FEE. NO TENTS TO BE PUT UP IN THE BACK YARD.
