Description

A terrific holiday house with a huge open plan of kitchen, dining and lounge, all facing the magnificent lakes view, across to the ocean. Beautiful at any time of day, the sunsets are especially breathtaking.

The house has three bedrooms: two upstairs (one with queen, facing the lake view, and one with two sets of bunks) and the third bedroom with queen bed is a downstairs \'granny flat\'. So the house is perfect for one or two families, or two couples.

A large, sunny deck extends across the front of the house with a gas barbecue, outdoor furniture and spectacular views. It\'s a lovely spot to relax on an outdoor lounge, watching the yachts sail by.

It\'s just a very short walk to the lake and a country road walk along the beach into the village. Although the house is close to the village centre, it is at the end of a cul-de-sac with almost no traffic, so nothing to disturb the wonderful peace of this property.

The Lake King beach at the foot of the walking track is a very safe beach for children, and a great place to walk the dog.

Pets are welcome, and the large back yard is fully fenced.

The Bluff is adjacent to Kings Cove and the new Kings Cove Golf Club and restaurant.

There\'s plenty of space for car and boat parking. A jetty berth is available at Riviera Nautic for $20 per day.

Everything provided

The Bluff has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All bedding and linen is supplied, plus towels, tea towels, handtowels. Also provided - dishwashing detergent, toilet rolls, tissues, laundry detergent, etc.

Firewood is supplied for the wood heater; there is also airconditioning.
