Metung's best 'budget' house: Heron's Rise is a very comfortable three-bedroom holiday cottage with wonderful water views of Bancroft Bay across to Bell's Point. There's a big backyard and wide verandah with barbecue. Easy family living in an open plan style, the house would also be terrific for one or two couples.

Your dog is welcome here, too!

Just a couple of minutes walk brings your to the water\'s edge and the Metung Boardwalk - a delightful walk around the bay to the village centre.

Jetty mooring is available at Riviera Nautic, just a short walk away, for just $20 per day. There's good fishing close by on the boardwalk.

Everything supplied

Heron's Rise comes equipped with a good kitchen and laundry. Bed linen and bedding is supplied, plus teatowels, etc. The bedding configuration is: two bedrooms each with queen bed, one bedroom with two singles.

Also, toilet rolls, tissues, detergent, laundry powder, etc all supplied. Makes getting away that much easier.

Firewood is supplied for the wood heater; there is also airconditioning.

There's even a prolific lemon tree in the garden from which you can help yourself.
