Fabulous, casual fibro beachhouse with a large entertaining deck overlooking the water of St Georges Basin. Recently renovated bathroom, laundry and painted throughout in happy beachside holiday colours.
The house has 3 bedrooms- Master bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom is very large with two single beds and a double futon (with ensuite/ laundry attached). This room is ideal as a playroom for children on a wet day. The third bedroom has a double bed but is small.
The house overlooks the public reserve grassland that runs around the bayfront for over 5 km. An undiscovered gem.
The lake in front of the house is shallow, clear with a sandy bottom, perfect for windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paddling, prawning etc
The house is centrally located to the Jervis Bay area. It is 5 minutes drive to Vincentia and 10 minutes to Huskisson and Jervis Bay.
Vincentia has the beautiful Blenheim Beach and the White Sands Walk (along the beaches and headlands of Jervis Bay)and the shopping centre has everything you need for groceries.
Jervis Bay is a world Heritage area with the worlds' whitest sand. The beaches are spectacular and there is an abundance of bushwalking tracks in the area. Whale and dolphin watching cruises (that leave from Huskisson) shouldn't be missed. The Bay is also great for fishing.
Hyams Beach is within Jervis Bay and worth exploring. The coffee shop/ deli is worth discovering as well.
In Huskisson you will find great restaurants and shops, the marina, a picture theatre and the famous "Huski Pub" for live entertainment and great fish and chips.
A great eco-restaurant is the Gunya restaurant at Paperbark Camp outside Huskisson.
