This beautiful old home was built in the 1920's and features hardwood floors, tall ceilings, wood trim, and knotty pine walls. This 4 bedroom home feels like a welcoming lodge with many beds to accommodate a large group.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The west room is a large room with a queen bed and a double bed. The east bedroom is the largest room with a queen bed and two twins, the smallest bedroom has a double bed, and the downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. In addition, there are 6 thick sleeping pads available. The entire house can accommodate 12 in beds and additional guests willing to sleep on pads.
Located 3 blocks west of the Center of the Universe in downtown Wallace. A short walk to coffee shop, restaurants, bars, grocery store, museums, antique store, etc.
A multi-sport training mecca: four different paved directions right out the door (no traffic), Trail of the Coeur d' Alenes stretches 65 miles west and 8 miles east, unforgettable switchbacks of Dobson and Thompson Passes to the north, Moon Pass to Avery and the Hiawatha Trail to the south, a maze of dirt road climbs, cut-offs, and loops make it a cross bike heaven, canyon walls lined with forest roads for mountain bikes and running, and a short drive to Silver Mountain and Lookout Pass ski areas for summer/winter fun.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed for everyday cooking.

There is a TV (no cable) and DVD player. A library of cycling movies and cycling books. This is an older home with many quirks, lightswitches in odd locations, half steps, creaky floors and NO air conditioning.
