The house is perfectly situated in a quiet no through road, 30 minutes from the base of Mt Buller and Lake Eildon is at the bottom of the street

The house sleeps a maximum of 6 as seen in the photos.

The house has a new wood heater in the main room as well as wall heaters in every room for winter and A/C for summer

You can relax on the decking or sit inside and look over the uninterupted views over Goughs Bay making it an ideal spot for relaxing.

Activities

Snow Skiing - June to Sept

Fishing - Walk to Lake Eildon or only a short drive to the Howqua/ Delatite/ Jamieson and Goulbourn rivers.

Boating - Goughs Bay is a deep water arm of Lake Eildon so launching a boat is possible all year round ( newly built boat ramps are in the water when the lake is approx 9% of capacity)

4WD/ motor bike - take the 4WD or bike on the numerous tracks through the surrounding hills

SKI MT BULLER - only 25 minutes from the Buller gate this is a great location to use as a base for the ski season. Goughs Bay is the same drive time from Mt Buller as Mansfield so why pay a premium for accomodation.

Pillows/ Doona\'s and blankets are supplied but you will need to supply your own linen (pillow cases/ doona covers/ sheets)and towels.
