Wildwood Chalets are located on Caves Road in Yallingup, approximately 3km from the beautiful Smiths Beach, 3.5km from breathtaking Injidup, 5km from Yallingups world famous pristine beach, & 13km to the popular town site of Dunsborough.

The four rammed earth Wildwood Chalets are set against the pristine natural bush and vineyard setting of the Wildwood Valley.

Each of the four rammed earth Chalet sleeps 4 guests with optional fold away beds and mattresses. The four Chalets are named after some of the beautiful locations in the region, Yallingup, Wyadup, Injidup and Boranup.

In summer enjoy the private verandahs with bbq facilities to winde down the day and in winter snuggle up inside to the warmth of the pot belly wood fires.

Take a stroll up to "Swings & Roundabouts" Cellar Door on the property for some fine wine tasting & coffee, whilst enjoying the art on display and fabulous vineyard views. Woodfired pizza served between 12-3 on weekends!

ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES

WEEKEND: Friday & Saturday with the option of a late checkout Sunday up until 4pm (Min stay 2 nights)
LONG WEEKEND: Friday, Saturday & Sunday with checkout by 10am Monday (Min stay 3 nights)
MIDWEEK: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 4 nights for the price of 3
(The midweek special available May - Sept, excluding school holidays)
EASTER: Min stay 4 nights
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR: Min stay 4 nights (18th Dec 2009 - 10th Jan 2010)

The Chalets are minimum stay of 2 nights unless otherwise stated as above.

Long Weekends and Easter $160 couple
Christmas & New Year (18 Dec 2009 - 10th Jan 2010) $160 couple
$20 per extra guest per night

DEPOSIT
Equivalent of 1 nights accommodation per chalet is payable to confirm your booking.
If a cancellation is required within 3 months of the due date of arrival Only 50% of the deposit will be refunded, if within 1 month the total deposit will be forfeited.

Please advise final number of guests and your estimated time of arrival at least 48 hours prior to check in.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We have listed as many items in the list below to assist you with your reservation, if there is anything that we have not covered that you would like to know about, please don't hesitate to contact us.

All linen & bath towels are supplied. Please provide your own beach towel if joining us during the summer months.

If requesting the use of the porta cot, please note that bedding is to be provided by guests. We have 2 portacots & 1 highchair available.

Please note that the Chalets kitchen facilities are limited, they do not have an oven or stove. You do however have your own BBQ (with hood, & side wok burner), A wok & pot are provided for the BBQ & in the kitchen there is an electric frypan & microwave. Plus fridge/freezer, toaster, kitchen wares etc. We do also provide you with a list of reccommended places to dine out within the region and near to the Chalets.

All chalets have the same facilities for our guests. However, Chalet 1 "Yallingup" has two double couches in the living area, the verandah on Chalet 2 'Wyadup' is a decked area, Chalet 3 'Injidup' has the main bedroom up a small set of stairs to a loft level, which is equipped with a ceiling fan. Chalet 4 'Boranup' has a slightly larger second bedroom, so is suitable to fit a mattress on the floor for a fifth guest if a child.

If a foldaway bed is required, it is available to fit in the living areas for a fifth guest. We have 2 x foldaways & 2 x mattresses available for use across the 4 chalets. Linen & towells will be provided for a fifth guest, however guest will be required to supply their own doona.

Please note that doona's on beds are a general all year weight. Spare blankets are provided in the cupboards. The chalets warm beautifully in the winter months with the pot belly fire lit, however you may wish to bring your ugg boots or slippers for additional comfort as the floors are tiled.

The rammed earth also stays cool in the summer & each chalet has a stand fan in the living area. Chalet 3 "Injidup" with the upstairs loft level has a ceiling fan with a Summer/Winter setting for extra comfort.

As we try to maintain affordable accommodation for our guests, there are a few items that we would like to advise that we do NOT provide in the chalets. They are;
Large bath sheets: we use standard towell sizes.
Coffee plunges: we provide complimentary tea, coffee & sugar satchels & there is a kettle in the kitchen. Also the cellar door serve coffee between 10 - 5 daily.
Steak Knives: standard cutlery provided.

Basics that we do stock for you are: A small selection of tea, coffee, sugar & long life milk. Guest soaps, salt & pepper, paper towel, glad wrap & alfoil.

Pets are not allowed.

Leavers bookings are not accepted.
