Description
Summer Place B&B is a new, single storey home centrally located in Flinders Village. We are close to local shops, the hotel and restaurants, and the Golf & Bowls Clubs. Both beaches are only a short walk away.
The Dampier Suite is equipped with a queen-size bed, has a full en-suite, walk-in robe and private deck. The Dampier Suite Low Season tariff is $175 per night for multiple nights. Single night stays incur a $35 surcharge.
The Tasman Room has a double bed with full en-suite and robe, and shares the B&B lounge and kitchenette. The Low Season tariff is $165 per night for multiple nights. For single night stays a $35.00 surcharge also applies.
** Please note that generally, we prefer to lease both suites under the same booking.
In addition to a daily multi-course gourmet breakfast, we offer complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, a daily newspaper, in-room LCD TV, and a Blu-Ray player with 600+ DVDs available for complimentary viewing. There is also free WiFi access.
Both suites have individual climate control, and both have access to a common lounge and wet kitchenette. The kitchenette is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, microwave and refrigerator.
There is off-street guest parking, and given sufficient notice, we will be pleased to cater for any food allergies and personal preferences. We also offer an -in-house relaxation/thereutic massage service; this must be booked 24 Hours in advance.
Regarding children, for babies under 18 months there is no charge. However, accommodation for children older than 18 months is strictly by prior arrangement - please contact us with the ages of any accompanying children.

Prices
The Low Season multiple night tariff for the Dampier Suite is $175 per night, and for the Tasman Suite, $165 per night. Babies aged up to 18 months are free, but please note we only have one high-chair and cot. For children aged between 18 months to 12 Years - Please contact us!
