Oceania Cottage is a 3 bedroom free standing cottage in wasy walking distance to Pippi Beach which is a great surfing beach, Fishing ansd walking. From Pippi Beach you can walk all the way to Angourie along the beaches.
This cottage is a 3 bed roomer with a large living room, there is an e-suite off the main bedroom and a main bath room with a separate toilet.
A sun room overlooks the back yard which is fenced with shrubs on the fence line
You can walk to Yamba Golf Club for a fine 18 holes on a very fine Golf Club with a residential prp who will offer lessons also a top Restaurant with a Bistro which offers a special on Monsday night.
Yamba Bowls and Recreation Club is within walking distance from Oceania Cottage the club also has a top class Bistro and al-la-cart Restaurant on Friday & Saturday night
