Description

The Retreat:
The best of both world’s combine, close beachfront access with a short stroll to the restaurants and nightlife of Port Douglas. The Beach Villa is suited to those guests who enjoy tropical beach-life, just a coconut’s throw from the high-tide mark. Similarly, relax at your ‘home away from home’ or visit the cosmopolitan village of Port Douglas. From here you have direct access to the Great Barrier Reef from the Marina Mirage. This is where various private and commercial day trips depart for fishing, diving or lazy days at the nearby Low Isles beaches.
Take a drive to Mossman Gorge, experience the orchards and plantations in the Wyanbeel Valley or travel a little further and spend the day in a convertible sports car cruising to Cape Tribulation. This is where the ‘Reef meets the Rainforest’ and two World Heritage Listed sites meet as one.
At night Port Douglas ‘buzzes’ with bars & restaurants along Macrossan Street. For a romantic candlelit evening, we suggest Nautilus Restaurant up on the hill, under a canopy of trees. For gourmet dining, there’s no shortage of options in what was once a sleepy Far North Queensland fishing port.

Cosmpolitan Port Douglas has a year round temperature of over 20°C and is laid back yet sophisticated.
"Port" is an easy one hour drive to the Daintree Rainforest Ferry, and offers quick access to the Great Barrier Reef. Located less than one hour's drive from Cairns International Airport, Port Douglas is an ideal holiday location to escape, with the minimum of fuss.
Beach Villa #5 is just moments from the heart of the village and you can walk to your favourite restaurants and shops.
Port Douglas offers all the conveniences and luxuries imaginable, and Executive Retreats allows you to enjoy these benefits and escape to your own luxurious haven at the end of a tropical day.
