Ithaca House is a stylish blend of old and new with polished floorboards throughout. Your Guests have exclusive use of this self contained, self catering property and is ideal for "GIRLS WEEKENDS"

The open plan living space has lounge and dining areas as well as a chef friendly kitchen complete with gas hotplates, electric oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. Then there is the comfy reading/sitting room where you can relax by the slow combustion fire.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has individual heating and the beds which are fitted with electric blankets are made up ready for your arrival. The bedding configuration is flexible - 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each. The other two bedrooms have twin king singles which can be zipped together and made up into king beds on request.

iPOD Dock's in each bedroom.

There are two bathrooms - one has a luxurious deep bath, a separate walk-in shower and a vanity unit. The second has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit. There is also a separate second toilet. Bath towels/bathmats/hand towels/face washers/soaps are all provided.

In the laundry you will find a front loading washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside are landscaped gardens and a patio area with BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The usual arrival time for your stay at Ithaca is after 3.00pm, you are welcome to stay until 11 am on the day of your departure. We can often be flexible if these times are too restrictive - please ask.

Ithaca is very suitable for friends' weekends away, large families or two small families with older children, weddings at the Convent Gallery ......... and midweek, we are affordable for smaller numbers.

Stepping out - Mercato restaurant the 2011 winner of best Fine Dining Restaurant for Daylesford & Ballarat Region, Cliffys and the Sunday Markets are far too close to bother with the car; the Convent Gallery and the main street of Daylesford (Vincent Street) not a lot furthur - easy walking distance. So... great coffee, dining and deli treats are only minutes away.... and....the Farmers Arms.....some say the best pub/restaurant in town......is a short stroll home!

TARIFF:

SPECIAL DISCOUNT: 15% (SAVING $170.00) W/END 30th & 31st MARCH ONLY

WEEKLY:
$1890 per week, for 1-6 Guests.
$2240 per week, for 8 Guests.

WEEKENDS: Full run of the house
$1140.00 for two nights either Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun, for 1-6 Guests.
Add $50 per person per night for Guests 7 and 8.

Stay a third night for only $200 (covers up to 8 Guests)

MIDWEEK: Full run of the house.
Stay two nights in 2 bedrooms - $600
Stay two nights in 3 bedrooms - $665
Stay two nights in all 4 bedrooms-$730
Third and fourth nights - $200 each


MINIMUM STAY: Two nights midweek or weekends.Three nights for long holiday weekends.

PAYMENT OF THE TARIFF can be made via internet or branch deposit to our bank account or by Visa or Mastercard .
We ask for a 50% deposit or $500 whichever is the lesser amount to confirm the booking with the balance payable 7 days before your arrival.

CANCELLATION TERMS: Refunds are granted only if the vacancy is refilled in full by another booking. A $50 admin.fee will be deducted from any refunds.
