There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and there is excellent cross ventilation, which takes advantage of the breezes from the sea; it is always refreshingly cool in every area of this residence. The landscaped gardens are being re-designed to give ultimate out door pleasure.

Internet connection available, (optional, extra charge). Let us know if you require internet connection; we will have it ready for you when you pick up the keys.
A bond is required; this is retuned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the property.

A professional departure clean is charged at the end of the lease.

Rental charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. Low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest is over the summer and Xmas holiday period.

This is an ideal house for a family holiday; it is only 2 to 3 minutes walk to beautiful Bondi Beach.
In the streets surrounding is everything from five star restaurants to local cafes, fabulous icebergs pool and children’s pool at North Bondi, shopping for fashion and Bondi Skate Park.
Public transport is frequent and the bus stop is a short walk
Regular buses with easy access to Sydney and the Harbour and to the Cricket and Football grounds,
Racing at Royal Randwick just by Fox studios.
In close proximity to Prince of Wales Hospital UNSW.
For upmarket shopping visit Westfield’s International shopping Centre at Bondi Junction to satisfy all your shopping needs and much more.
While in Bondi Beach take a short trip to other coast beaches, Waverley, Coogee, Bronte, Clovelly are well worth a visit.

A bus ride to Sydney CBD would be about 20 minutes and if you wanted to explore around the Circular Quay you would be entertained by the many buskers and artists who are always there giving a show. A super parade of restaurants to tempt you to eat there.

The Rocks area is close enough for you to spend a day in this interesting and diverse array of shops, also an excellent market.

Darling harbour is another entertaining area with Star City Casino and Theatre just waiting to be visited.
