The Interior

The stunning interior has been decorated with new, modern furnishings and offers everything you will need including a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking appliances. In the lounge area there is a large Plasma T.V. with DVD player and board games for the whole family. Enjoy a drink on the balcony while admiring the panoramic views and amazing sunsets.

The spacious master bedroom has an en-suite, walk in robe, queen size bed and superb views overlooking Mangles Bay on Palm Beach. The large second and third bedrooms both contain built in robes with the second containing a queen bed and the third two singles. The laundry has an automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a lock up garage and plenty of parking for visitors or a boat.

The Location and Things to Do

Oceanside Oasis Is conveniently located on the Esplanade directly opposite Mangles Bay on Palm Beach and within walking distance to all amenities and attractions.

Walk a few hundred metres and you will find all you need - a supermarket (open daily from 7am - 9pm), beach front restaurants and cafes, bars, night clubs, takeaway stores, post office, specialty stores, yatch club, bike hire shop, surfcat hire, scuba diving charters, recreation park, indoor sport and recreation centres, the new aqua jetty indoor aquatic centre and much more.

The Environmental Centre, Shoalwater Bay, Penguin Island, Waikiki Beach, Port Kennedy Golf Resort and the large Rockingham shopping complex are all just a short drive away.

You will never be short of things to see and do with the Rockingham / Palm Beach area offering a wide variety of attractions and activities.

A few ideas you may wish to consider are:
*Hiring a surf-cat or jet-ski
* Playing a game of beach volleyball
* Learning to scuba dive or spending time on a scuba dive charter
* Putting the kids into vacation swimming classes (these are run at Palm Beach during the summer school holidays)
* Swimming with the dolphins or going on a dolphin watching tour
* Going fishing from the nearby jetty or taking a fishing charter
*Taking a trip to Penguin or Seal Island on the glass bottom boat
* Cycling or walking along the boardwalk
* Having a picnic or BBQ at the nearby recreation park
* Visiting one of the nearby wildlife parks or the environmental centre
