The Interior

The large second and third bedrooms both contain built in robes with the second containing a queen bed and the third two singles. The laundry has an automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a lock up garage and plenty of parking for visitors or a boat.

The Location and Things to Do
Oceanside Oasis Is conveniently located in the Dolphin Court Complex on the Esplanade directly opposite Mangles Bay on Palm Beach and within walking distance to all amenities and attractions.
Walk a few hundred metres and you will find all you need - a supermarket (open daily from 7am - 9pm), beach front restaurants and cafes, bars, night clubs, takeaway stores, post office, specialty stores, yatch club, bike hire shop, surfcat hire, scuba diving charters, recreation park, indoor sport and recreation centres, the new aqua jetty indoor aquatic centre and much more.
The Environmental Centre, Shoalwater Bay, Penguin Island, Waikiki Beach, Port Kennedy Golf Resort and the large Rockingham shopping complex are all just a short drive away.
You will never be short of things to see and do with the Rockingham / Palm Beach area offering a wide variety of attractions and activities.
A few ideas you may wish to consider are:
