This lovely holiday home in Silver Sands in walking distance to the marina, restaurants, Broadwalk Dolphin Quay, Markets, Reading Picture Cinemas, Mandurah Foreshore, playground area & great live shows throughout the year at Mandurah Performing Arts Centre which is in walking distance too. Silver Sands (local) shopping centre and the city centre, Mandurah.
There is everything you need to sustain yourselves on your holiday, take the chance to enjoy Mandurah's fish & chips, or try your hand at catching the fish or crabs yourself (crab nets supplied). Enjoy a short walk to the most beautiful beaches in Western Australia, ideal for swimming, fishing, walking along the beach or relax and enjoy the view.
There is plenty of room for a boat out the front or a game of cricket with the kids in the backyard.

CONFIGURATION
There are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, a fully enclosed sun room with an 8 seater outdoor setting ideal for eating your crabs or entertaining without the fuss of the flies. A large open lounge with a gas heater for those cold nights and a separate dinning room and games room area. The kitchen is spacious with oven, stove, microwave, all crockery and cutlery supplied, sandwich toaster, rice cooker, and 2 fridges in the house. There is also an outside shower for washing all the sand off when you come back from the beach which is 2 mins away. Huge fully fenced, auto reticulated rear garden with lots of lawn for the children to play games or sports. Outside lighting for evening activities and the family BBQ.
All you need to bring is your linen and food (we can supply linen at an extra cost) everything else is there. Home away from Home.

BOOKING FEE
Our normal terms are $500 deposit paid at time of booking. This $500 is used as a booking fee/deposit and 'security bond' when you eventually take possession of the property. This 'security bond' is refunded after check out, provided the property is in the condition in which you found it.
Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to check in.
Check in time is 2:00pm.
Check out must be 10:00am. Late check out can be arranged upon request.
