Located directly opposite the beach, with only a short stroll to the shops, cinema and restaurants, all with the beach virtually at your door step.
Only a 600mtr walk to the main FoodWorks Lorne supermarket, and 12 mins walk to the Lorne Cinema.
The house offers an open plan living area equipped with TV, DVD, CD player, open wood fireplace, electric oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
As this is family owned property, not a business, you MUST bring your own linen and towels, we are not able to supply these.
You are recommended to bring your own Bikes, surf / boogie boards, beach equipment.
50% payment required at confirmation of booking, with balance due prior to stay.

The property is limited to 8 guests.
Under no circumstance are guests or visitors allowed to camp, pitch tents or otherwise sleep on the grounds of the property. Anyone found doing so will be deemed in breach of the terms & conditions of the stay, and will evicted with the bond / deposit being forfeited.
There is a small domestic bin for council waste collection, this can be used for general household rubbish only.
You are responsible for any excessive rubbish you or your guests generate, please ensure you are prepared to take it with you. or you will be charged a waste removal fee.
This is a family property and we expect it and our neighbors properties to be treated with respect.
It is a great location for a group break / getaway, but please do not book this property if you are not willing to adhere to the rules.
