MARINA HEIGHTS is a modern 2 storey Town House, designed to maximise the very best of relaxed seaside living.
Fully self-contained and sleeping 7 people, it is perfect for two families or just two people looking for a romantic weekend getaway.
3 Bedrooms consist of 1 queen size bed, 1 bunk bed with a double below, and 2 single beds. All have quality linen, doonas, and towels provided. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
The upstairs living area has expansive views overlooking the sea, with a large balcony. Consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets one with an ensuite. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with a TV, DVD, Video player and airconditioning.
The ground floor has 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, dining area, stereo and alfresco area. The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. A small drying rack is situated in the garage.
Enough parking for 2 cars, undercover.
Tariffs: These are based on 2 people per night/extras are added on, Low Season at $10 per night/High Season at $15 per night/Peak Season at $20 per night.
What you need to bring:
You will need to bring your own food, drinks, and beach towels.
Optional golf clubs, boat, fishing gear, body boards, snorkel & diving gear, running shoes, skateboards.
The Town house is a 5-minute stroll to Port Store shopping complex, which consists of a Bakery, Supermarket, Liquor Store, and Takeaway with the most delicious fish & chips in Dongara!
Southerlys Tavern overlooks the Marina and Fishing boats. Enjoy a beer in comfortable surroundings, meet the locals. The Tavern serves excellent meals but there are also a wide range of restaurants and take-away outlets in Dongara.
Dongara and Port Denison are twin towns an easy three and a half hours drive north from Perth on the Brand Highway.

Alternative entrances-
1. Turn left into Kailis Drive (Turnoff approx 15 km south of Dongara)
Drive 15 km through the sand dunes to Port Denison.
Turn right when you reach the Marina on to Point Leander Drive.
Follow until you reach a roundabout, right and first turn to your left. Follow past the Big4 Caravan Park and its the first turn on your right into Marina Heights.
2. Follow the signs to Dongara and drive in to town along the main street, Moreton Terrace.
Turn left to PORT DENISON. (Opposite Westpac Bank). Point Leander Drive. Cross over the bridge and drive approx 4 km until you reach the Big 4 caravan Park, turn right just before, the first right is Marina Heights

Peak season - Dec/Jan school holidays, Easter long weekend.
High season - school holidays, long weekends (except for peak season dates).
Low season - all other dates.
SPECIAL: Special Peak season rate - Weekly rate for a family of 5 or more people is $1540 (a saving of up to $280).
Special high/low season rate - stay 7 nights pay for 6 nights only.
