This is the ideal beach house suitable for two families or large groups with multiple living areas and a large dining table.

The property is located at the Northern end of Mollymook Beach only a short flat stroll onto the pearly white sands of Mollymook Beach.

Reknowned as one of the best surfing beaches on the South Coast and home of many State and National Surf Life Saving championships. Each end of the beach is nicely sheltered for young children. The southern end of the beach is patrolled all year round and the northern end during the Christmas holiday period. Narrawallee is a short car ride away for equally beautiful beach and sheltered inlet. Narrawallee is patrolled in the Xmas Holidays.

Golfing for the boys - Day Spa for the girls

Golfers can have the choice between one of the more scenic nine hole courses on the coast or a challenging 18 hole championship course on the Hilltop

Whilst the boys are playing golf the ladies can endulge at the day spa at Bannister Point Lodge which is a leisurely walk or 2 minute drive away.

The area is bristling with local markets and leading up to Easter country shows. Historic Milton is 5 minutes away in the car and Ulladulla is serviced by twin cinemas for lazy nights or wet weekends.

Shelves are stocked with plenty of reading, we only ask that you finish the book before you leave.

Seafood / Dining

Whether beach fishing or deep sea charters you have the opportunity to share in some of the freshest seafood on the coast. For those not so lucky with the rods the Ulladulla harbour is 5 minutes drive away for the catch of the day to eat there or bring home to cook on the BBQ.

Ulladulla has a range of restaurants covering most nationalities although within walking distance is Bannisters Lodge Resort with award winning dining room and magificient views from the headland. For those who are looking for more relaxing evening at home the local shopping centre is only a short walk away and boasts, IGA/Liquorland, Dehli, Bakery, or Takeway Shop for fantastic "burgers with the lot" or the butchery to cater for the BBQ in the backyard. There is also the newsagency for the morning papers.

Explore as much of the South Coast or the beach across the road as you like.
