Comfortable, yet stylish accommodation awaits your return in either the Attic or the Garden Studio. Soak up the history of this original hills home relaxing in front of the cosy log fire.
Hand feed the kookaburras and magpies and watch the crimson rosellas come in for their daily feed.

The Suites

ORCHARD HOUSE has two suites: the Attic and the Garden Studio. Both are contained within the house.
THE ATTIC
The Attic is a romantic, whimsical suite with breathtaking views through the treetops to the Yarra Valley and Mount Donna Buang. Access is through the house. The room accommodates two people in a double bed with electric blankets, en-suite, television, Juliet balcony, your own window seat and tea and coffee making facilities.
THE GARDEN STUDIO
The Garden Studio is a charming, split level suite on the lower floor. It has its own entry, a spa bath, a bathroom (with bath) and even a kitchenette. The queen-size bed on the mezzanine level overlooks a lounge area below. The lounge settee will fold out to accommodate a third person if required. When sitting in the bay window you are virtually sitting in the garden. The view past an old oak tree takes in the rest of the garden as it cascades down the mountainside. This room also has electric blankets, television, DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities.

Discover little villages offering Devonshire teas, crafts, antiques and galleries with the work of local artists. Enjoy fine dining at superb restaurants or take advantage of a packed picnic hamper and explore the many open gardens throughout the area.
