Description

Ideal Sydney base- accommodation for two couples or a couple with two children. Easy access to the CBD via bus, car or light rail. A short stroll to Norton Street, Italian Forum, restaurants, cafes, bookstores, shopping, cinema and transport systems.

Architect designed warehouse style apartment with high ceilings and exposed trusses. Northerly aspect. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The elevated terrace has pleasant distant westerly views to the Blue Mountains skyline and north east to the historic Leichhardt Town Hall.

The apartment is less than 10 years old and has a new kitchen with high quality stainless steel cooker, exhaust hood and dishwasher. It also has good quality furnishings, new beds/mattresses, bedding and linen for the queen and two single beds.

Other fitments include built in robe in main bedroom.
washing machine, fridge, TV, DVD, video & CD player, gas heating, ceiling fans, solar hot water. security intercom access, secure parking for one medium car and clothes drying area.

"As a rural family of 3 adults we stayed for 4 nights whilst helping at a family function nearby on the Saturday. The apartment met all our needs excellently. Loved the generous combined bath/laundry and well equipped kitchen in light filled area with vaulted ceiling. Plenty of room for food preparation and for entertaining extended family. Suggest not suitable for someone who has difficulty with stairs."

A great location (minutes to the vibrant Norton Street) and a very comfortable and well furnished apartment, there was nothing additional we could have wished for. With a 'home away from home' like casa excelsior, I can't understand why anyone would stay in a hotel! We'll be back!"
