The oversized lounge and separate dining area are complemented by a fully equipped state of the art black granite kitchen with substantial cupboard and bench space. Enjoy the comfort of reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating in the living area and a separate laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.
The apartment comes with a large TV, complimentary wireless internet access and free local phone calls within reasonable use. A lift provides access to the sixth floor apartment and the delightful outdoor terrace is perfect for entertaining.

This quality short-stay apartment is ideal for those requiring corporate travel accommodation or attending major sporting events in downtown Melbourne. It is also a wonderful holiday apartment for two couples or family accommodation in the heart of everything Melbourne has to offer. Please note: parking is not included with this property. There are several parking buildings to choose from within a short distance of the apartment.

There are so many things of interest in or very close to Melbourne CBD such as the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, AAMI Stadium, Melbourne Aquarium, Federation Square (Fed Square) & ACMI, Young and Jackson Hotel, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Alexander and Royal Botanic Gardens, Queen Victoria Market, the National Gallery of Victoria and the Victorian Arts Centre and Victoria Barracks. Or just meander and uncover the delicious food and interesting fashion in Melbourne’s eclectic hidden laneways.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
