Perfect for two, Clarke\'s is hidden away in a three-storey building near the top of the rise in Acland Street, a quaint, leafy, secluded part of lively St. Kilda. Behind its security entrance you\'ll be delighted with your well-appointed apartment. Located on the 1st floor with lift access, it has a sunny, north-facing balcony. In the warmer months, you can enjoy the well-laid out swimming pool and BBQ.

Your apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a living room with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed, balcony, and a bathroom with washer/dryer. There\'s a very comfortable fold out double sofa bed in the living room, if there are more than two of you. There\'s also a fold-away single bed or portacot available on request.

Undercover, security, reserved parking is included in your rate, and high-speed ADSL internet access is included. Local phone calls also included.

Just a few steps away are a HOST of local attractions: bustling Fitzroy Street and cosmopolitan Acland Street (famous for their cake shops, award-winning restaurants and cafés), the beautiful Albert Park Lake, St. Kilda Beach, cycle and roller-blading tracks that go on forever, the famous Luna Park, the St. Kilda Sunday Craft Market, cinemas, live theatre. We had a comfortable and great stay at StayCentral. It was our first trip to Melbourne and did not know what to expect location-wise, but we were not disappointed. We stayed at the 5/12 Acland apartment and it was central to the shops and restaurants of Acland and Fitzroy streets, as well as St. Kilda beach and the Esplanade. Short walks to all! Especially convenient to the trams as well. The unit was very clean and nice - it was also a huge plus for us that it not only had a washer/dryer, but had an A/C unit as it got humid and hot at times. We would stay here again (and we are picky people)!
