Luxury Three Bedroom Self Contained Apartment.
Secure entry from street level on The Esplanade.
Underground secure car parking for 2 vehicles with lift access to apartment.
Entrance leads to large Central Kitchen with granite benchtops, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, hotplates, oven, dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery and cooking untensiles supplied.
Fully air conditioned living area, with large lounge suite and single fold out sofa lounge for that extra person. LCD/Television, DVD and Stereo to entertain.
Dining table, extends out to cater for 8 persons and the living area opens up to a private balcony with table, chairs and BBQ.
Balcony provides extensive views over new Waterfront Development and Convention Centre, (opened June 2008) along with Harbour & Sea views.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and overhead fans. Ensuite to main bedroom, other bedrooms serviced by second bathroom. Own laundry with washing machine, dryer, wash trough, iron & ironing board and separate toilet.
Lift access to car park and lap pool.
Internet Broadband available upon request. Charges apply.

Second bathroom has shower over bath, vanity area.

Overlooks the Wharf, but only a five minute walk to the main City Mall and shopping.
Bus interchange only two mins walk.

  • "The property was very spacious and gave us the privacy we wanted with 2 groups. The property was very clean,except the oven which smoked. There were a few things that didn't work properly. The batteries in the airconditioning remotes are not checked to see if they are flat. One ceiling fan didn't work. This property is advertided as having harbour views, well it really doesn't. It has great views of the trees and the construction site below. While this construction is going on there is quite a bit of noise that starts before 7.00 am. The property itself is very comfortable."

Anything you can think of that you might need is there - right down to eskies, an ice brick and even a picnic table! We would definately recommend this apartment as a great place to stay being a short pleasant walk to the CBD."
