Parkview has direct north facing views of more than a kilometre over the tidal North Creek. These spectacular views are afforded from the kitchen, living area and the huge covered balcony which has an outdoor setting for eight and a gas BBQ.

Safe swimming in the crystal clear waters adjacent to sandy beaches is available across from the front door.

In the heat of summer Parkview is light and bright and the sea breezes mean that the air conditioning is rarely required.

Parkview is not just another holiday rental, it is a holiday home with real character, comfort and style. Everything you require for a relaxing holiday is here including games, books, magazines and DVD's. Linen and bath towels are supplied.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with all utensils and equipment needed for preparing, cooking and serving light snacks through to complete dinner parties. There is an electric oven and cooktop, microwave, two door refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.

Parkview offers a king size bedroom upstairs with an ensuite and walk-in robe. Downstairs is a queen size bedroom and a third bedroom containing two king single beds. The bathroom includes a large spa bath. Seperate laundry facilities are included in the double lock up garage.
