Upstairs 7x7m parents room with en-suite, lounging corner with TV/DVD player and sofa, double bed and balcony with ocean glimpses.
Upstairs and downstairs reverse cycle airconditioning.
Outside, huge semi-enclosed child-friendly deck, BBQ and outdoor setting, undercover parking for 2-3 vehicles, clothes lines.

3 night stay minimum
$500 refundable bond and $90 cleaning fee in addition to rent
Restricted availability in November, no leavers.
No pets, nonsmoking property.
