Downstairs lounge with large TV and DVD/VCR: dining room with seating for 8; modern kitchen including microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and conventional oven - cutlery, crockery; laundry including washer, iron and board; WC; bathroom including toilet, bath, shower; 3 bedrooms - 2 with double bunks and one with double bed - pillows and doonas supplied.
Upstairs 7x7m parents room with study corner, lounging corner with TV/DVD player and sofa, double bed and balcony with ocean glimpses.
Upstairs and downstairs reverse cycle airconditioning.
Outside, huge semi-enclosed child-friendly deck, BBQ and outdoor setting, undercover parking for 2-3 vehicles, clothes lines.
