Kaylan is a luxurious residence, perfectly positioned overlooking the Hamilton Island Marina. This multi-million dollar home offers privacy, luxury and plenty of room for small groups.

If you are thinking about squeezing 6 people into a two bedroom unit, check this place out before you book, because you may find that it is still within your budget. If you are looking for a modern, four bedroom house with great views, this value for money is hard to beat.

With full airconditioning, Kaylan comfortably sleeps eight adults in four queen rooms, each with its own full sized bathroom. We have an additional four kids foam mattresses for any children under the age of 12, and two cots if required. For larger groups, we also have two fold-out beds available at an additional cost.

The home is perfect for wedding groups and family holidays, especially with the private bathroom facilities for each bedroom. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor living areas to either mingle together or just find your own space. Full kitchen and laundry facilities make this an economical way to enjoy total luxury while on your holiday.

Enjoy easy access to the island facilities with only a short stroll to restaurants and shops at the marina or head for the resort side with Catseye Beach, the pools, more restaurants and all the other island facilities. It is only 400 metres to the marina or beach and a complimentary 4 seat buggy is included if you want to explore more of the island.

Three Levels of Luxury.

Level three.
The top level has a 2.4 metre projector screen home theatre, reclining couches for seven, a well equipped wet bar and a nice big balcony with uninterrupted views over the marina. The bi-fold doors are five metres across and open up to make this level the ultimate relaxation pad.

An acoustic guitar hangs on the wall for those who play. The cupboards have puzzles and books to keep little ones amused, and a toy box full of cars and trucks waits to be discovered by someone small. Bring your gaming consoles if you like, and plug it into the theatre system for the ultimate gaming experience.

There is also a queen bedroom with ensuite up here, with bi-fold doors that open onto the balcony. Wake up to look out across Dent Island, towards Whitsunday Passage and the mainland beyond.

Level two.
Put your feet up and read a book on the super comfortable leather couches in the lounge room, or enjoy the second Harman-Kardon home theatre system, this time with a 42" plasma screen. Bi-fold windows and doors open this level onto a balcony that is three metres deep and runs the full width of the house. Pass the time watching the action in the marina as the boats come and go. There are games in cupboard and a selection of DVDs.

Dinner parties are a regular event with any gathering of friends and family. Our dining table can seat up to 12 and there is also outdoor seating for 12 on the balcony, along with a serious five burner stainless BBQ. Most of the lights in the house can be dimmed so you can set the mood for any occasion.

The open plan kitchen is built for entertaining. A large bi-fold window opens onto the balcony, there is plenty of bench space and over 1000 litres of fridge/freezer space. We have ice makers, a coffee machine, dishwasher, a large gas oven/cooktop, all the usual kitchen equipment and a partially stocked pantry.

If you have an extended stay at Kaylan, there is a washing machine and clothes dryer if required, and yes we have even supplied the laundry powder.

Level one.
There are three queen bedrooms on the bottom level, all with their own bathroom. The queen beds have quality pillow-top matresses and all the bedrooms on level one are carpeted. They open onto a shared timber deck with separate external access stairs. Ceiling fans and individual air-conditioning units keep the rooms cool while extra large windows capture the views. There is a spa-bath with double shower in the middle room and the end rooms have an open robe and dressing area. Beach towels are provided.

We offer complimentary valet transfers for up to five guests from your flight or ferry. Additional transfers can be booked or you can use the complimentary buggy to transport extra guests. We are located just one minute from the airport.
