Visions at the Quay is our first Holiday Home on the Gold Coast with 5 bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms.
Visions on Hope Island has 6 Bedroom and 7 bathrooms.

Harcourt is our First holiday home which caters for all ages.
As you walk through the Entrance, your Holiday Experience will begin. This Architectally Designed home is Beautifully appointed with all Quality fittings.
Harcourt has a Solar Heated, Salt Water Swimming Pool great for spring and Autumn swimming. With four Separate Entertaining areas, there is always somewhere to retreat for a quiet hour with a book.
Harcourt has a huge covered outdoor entertaining area.
Boasting 80square meters of eating, lounging and cooking facilities.
Enjoy a Bottle of Chilled Sparkling Wine, while you relax on the outdoor Cane furniture.
The Children have their own Cover Play Area equipped with a Child Size Pool Table, a Giant Connect 4, and a Outdoor Play Gym, Pretend Play toys for boys and girls. The little ones can enjoy a book from the huge Children Library in one of the many bean bags.
Or maybe some fun on the Trampoline.
The Separate Games room is enormous, 50sq meters.
For the children a XBOX, Playstation, Wireless wifi and all game consoles have a selection of popular games.
The Adults can also have a little Fun playing Pool or Billiards on the 9ft Billiard Table. Or maybe Table tennis but then again a game of Air Hockey would be nice. All Tables are like Brand New.
No need to go to the Main house for refreshments,
the Games room has its own Kitchenette and Bathroom.
Harcourt Caters for Large Families with
a Huge Ultra Modern Granite Kitchen,
which is fully Equipped and designed to let you be part of the Conversation.
The Property has 5 Bedrooms. 3 of the Bedrooms have Queen Ensembles.
2 Bedrooms both have 2 Single Ensembles.
There is also a Double Sofa Bed in the Lounge room.
Harcourt has 3 Bathrooms with one having a Deep Soak Bath.
On Warm days you can relax, in Air-condition comfort.
In the 2 Living Areas Harcourt has 106cm Widescreen TV with DVD/TV/STEREO Surround Sound. There is No need to bring DVDs, just choose 1 from the 90 DVD\'s supplied .
In Winter there is Under Floor Heating and of course Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning.
Harcourt Can caters for Family groups Larger than 12. The property has a Studio situate above the Games room. The studio has 1 Queen Ensemble, 2 Single Ensembles and a Double Sofa Bed which caters for an extra 6 people. The cost to hirer the Studio is $500.
The Studio has easy access to the third Bathroom and Kitchenette.
Harcourt is one of the only properties with a Games room and separate Double lockup Garage with plenty of off road parking for Extra Cars and your Boat!
Harcourt now has 5 sets of New Golf Clubs for our clients to use free of charge.
Linen can be supplied for a small charge.
HARCOURT CATERS FOR BABIES, NO NEED FOR EXCESS LUGGAGE.
Harcourt has a Trained Early Childhood Baby-sitter who is availalbe most nights and some days by appointment. We cater for your little one\'s with 2 Highchairs, 2 Porta Cots,
a Pram and a Baby Bath with Change Table.
There is Nothing, you will need to bring.

Hi Tracy,
I forgot to mention to you this morning how comfortable the beds are - I think I am going to have to buy a new bed after sleeping in yours. I honestly don't think I have slept in a more comfortable bed - another big plus!
During our stay we didn't venture too far from home and did most of our cooking there. I must say the local fish shop on Lakesway has really fresh seafood and they gave us some very helpful tips on how to cook it to perfection. You certainly wouldn't get that sort of help everywhere.

I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks.
I'm back to Sydney now after a fabulous Easter weekend up in Harcourt with my family.
The house is fantastic and as well as having so much to do, we were amazed at the space we had (you would never have known that there was 15 of us!) and also how homely it felt.
My parents and their friends are obviously still up there for the remainder of the week. Those of us who had to get back to work in Sydney were very jealous to leave them behind!
Thanks also for sorting out the Foxtel sports for us (let me know what I owe you) - everyone was very appreciative that you helped us out to watch the big game. Unfortunately we lost ....but we were glad to have watched all the same.

Harcourt now has 4 Wave Skis so your group can explore the beautiful Smiths Lake.
Harcourt is situated between the wonderful Lake systems and the Beaches, of the Pacific Palms Area.
Enjoy surfing, fishing, 4WD trails with access to remote beaches.
Just minutes away is Amaroo beach, a small sandy beach on
Smithslake, it is separate from Pristine Cellito beach by a Natural Sandbar which makes Swimming, Sailing, Kayaking, Skiing, and all water activity very Safe. The local Boatshed, Frothy Coffee overlooks the lake which serves light snacks. There is well equipped Picnic Area ,which has Free BBQs and a Children's playground. Only 5 minutes away from Harcourt is 4 Great surf beaches. Sandbar Beach also known as Cellito (where the local Golf course is), Blueys, Boomerang and Shellies. Elizabeth Beach is a quieter, patrolled beach.
10 minutes to the south is Seal Rocks with another 3 more Great surf beaches. To the North there is 9 mile Beach and Forster.
There is a beautiful picnic area at the Seal Rocks lighthouse, just south of Smiths Lake, where migrating whales can be spotted travelling north in the winter. There are two nine-hole golf courses in the area, as well as 18-hole courses in Forster and Tuncurry, National Parks, rain forests, boat hire (Smiths Lake and Forster) local markets, bird watching, bush walking and four-wheel drive access to Sandbar Beach. Entertainment
There are several Great Restaurants between Smiths Lake and Forster including A.Js, Moby's as well as the Bowling club and Rec club.
There is also 2 Fun Parks , Big Buzz and Ton of fun, nearby.
Smiths Lakes has a Local Shoppping Centre which will cater for most of your needs, with a Butcher, Baker, General store, Bottleshop , Hairdresser, Chemist, Surf shop, Takeaway food and Fresh Fish and Chips. The main shopping centre is just 20 mins away.
HARCOURT HAS EVERYTHING, YOU'LL WANT IN A HOLIDAY HOME, AND SO MUCH MORE. IT'S LIKE BEING IN YOUR OWN PRIVATE RESORT.
