Lovely Tuscan style farmhouse, on 33 acres, with stunning views over looking Bass Straight. And only 5mins drive from the wineries, golf courses, local township and beaches. this is a really lovely property, with four bedrooms upstairs, and two bathrooms. Downstairs open plan living, and third bathroom. Separate laundry, open fire place, stunning Bass Straight views; timber decking with b.b.q. facility's. Every thing you need is here, just to enjoy.
Come and enjoy uninterrupted views of Bass Strait. Get the open fire going, have a dinner party on our long dinning table. Or dine alfresco on the veranda. Spend your days at the beaches, wineries, golf courses, riding bikes, or just relax at home. We have 2 queen size beds, 1 double, and a bunk room with TV for the children, which has 5 single beds.

We had a wonderful seven nights at South Water Views and highly recommend it for a lively family holiday (it comfortably housed 6 adults and 5 little kids). It is a very comfortable house with a well appointed kitchen, soft big couches and cosy beds. The addition of a TV/DVD in the kids is a great idea to help kids fall to sleep amidst all the excitement of sharing a room with their friends! The views are magnificent and we spent every day looking out across the lawn with a local vino in hand. Antonia was a lovely, fuss free host and there is very little maintenance, it is obviously a well oiled rental machine. Would love to return, next time with some warmer clothes (there is a very 'invigorating' wind that whips up from Bass Straight right into the living room!)

Highly recommended! you will love Southwater View. Photos do not do house justice - the view is spectacular! this is a great place to come for a relaxing escape. With such great space and sweeping views you really feel separate from the world. The gardens are also beautiful. We had a great time cooking in the wonderful big kitchen and relaxing by the fire. it was a pleasure to return home to the house after a day out visiting wineries in the area, such a comfortable and relaxing home. Very impressed with the rooms and facilities. would love to return again, and Toni was a wodnerful host.

The view from the back deck was absolutely breathtaking. We spent most of the time relaxing on the deck feeling like we were in heaven. The children had a fantastic time running around outside, playing on the trampoline and watching the horses! The house itself was superb and dining around the magnificent dining room table was great!! The facilities and sleeping arrangements were of a very high standard.

Wow, what a fantastic place for a family of 14 to get together and be reminded of what life is really all about. The house and the views were stunning we all enjoyed every moment in this fantastic place. The facilities at the house were great and we felt right at home instantly. Thank you for giving us a weekend we all remember.

Southwater View is a home away from home with the splendour of the beautiful grounds and water views. The open fire was wonderful and the back deck fantastic for sunset drinks.My little boy loved he kids cubby house and back yard. Would love to visit again.

The place was just perfect.
Heaps of room for the boys to play totem tennis and run around, really close to the beach and Flinders and just a lovely relaxing stay.
Many a night was sepnt on the deck looking over the beautiful view.
