From the gentle slopes of the Summit and The Basin to the Double Black Extreme Zone which provides awesome areas for off piste extreme skiing and boarding. Hotham has it all!

With a tasteful blend of cedar and stone, Sun Apartments are the ultimate in Alpine Resort living. Situated in a totally ski in/ski out location - you access the Hotham lift network via the popular Davenport access trail.

Sun's location is central to Jack Frost Ski Hire, Lift Ticket Sales, Bar, Supermarket and Ski Shuttle (All only 100m ski/walk).

So close, yet Sun is nestled in a quiet location. Away from the hullabaloo of snow making machines, chairlifts, snow grooming machines and noisy party goers.

The apartment is ideal for families or small groups of up to 8 people.

DISCOUNTED SKI LIFT, HIRE & LESSON TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE WITH YOUR ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE DURING SHOULDER & LOW SEASON PERIODS. SNOW GUARANTEE APPLIES TO ALL ACCOMMODATION & LIFT TICKETS PREPAID WITH US.

With the exception of extended bookings, changeover days during the ski season are Friday and Sunday.

Options are as follows:-

7 nights commencing either Fri or Sun - $3695 Peak Season / $2595 Value Season
5 nights midweek commencing Sun - $2750 Peak Season / $1950 Value Season
2 nights (weekend) commencing Fri - $1395 Peak Season / $995 Value Season

Exact dates for 2012 season are still to be advised, however peak season will apply to all of July & August.

Facilities

Entry to the maisonette is via a generous vestibule where you can gear up for the day and safely store your equipment. Strip off your wet gear and place it straight into the "walk in" drying room. Boot racks are even provided, so your boots will always be warm and dry in the morning.

A cedar glass door takes you into the lounge and main living area. The apartment is all double glazed. The sun soaked lounge is carpeted and has a warming gas log fire. The unit is equipped with pay TV, DVD, Video and Stereo.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stovetop, range hood, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher making meal preparation a pleasure.

The apartments are fitted with FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, so bring your notebook along to keep in touch with your business and friends.

Sleeping Arrangements

Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The master has a King bed. Off the master is an en-suite and small balcony.

The other bedroom has 2 bunks (4 beds) and 2 extra mattresses which can be relocated to the lounge if necessary, taking the total sleeping accommodation to a maximum of 8.

The second bathroom is conveniently accessed from the upstairs hallway adjacent to the second bedroom.
