A 1 bedrooom plus sunroom house in the heart of Balmain.
It is available from December 24 to January 25 2009 and will accommodate a family of 3 or 4.

Just 300m to Darling St and the delightful village atmosphere that is typical of old Sydney.

The house has a formal sitting room with a Plasma screen TV, Foxtel is installed. There is a sun room that will take a single bed for a child, also room in the lounge for a 2nd child, just let us know your requirements.

The bedroom has a queen bed and a hanging rail and wire basket storage for your clothes and a bedside table with a lamp.

The kitchen is very homely with plenty of cupboard space and a gas cooker and oven.
All the necessary utensils for your cooking needs are to hand. There is a dining table to seat 4 and all table ware and crockery.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is a laundry with a washing machine and drier.

The courtyard has a table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining during the summer months but with all the lovely restaurants and eateries in Balmain you may not feel like cooking, just take a walk to Darling St and explore the mouthwatering meals available.

Internet connection is included in the rent.
A bond of $1500 is required, it is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
A charge is made for a professional departure clean for every booking.
As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you.. If so there is also a carpet clean and flea treatment to be done at the end of your stay (extra charge).
This carpet clean and treatment is carried out for hygienic reasons and the comfort of the next guest.
