Villa Aitutaki is convieniently located only a short stroll to the CBD of Byron (400m) in a beautiful resort complex known for its fabulous gardens and divine heated saltwater pool. The beach is a short 400m stroll away out the back gate.

Special efforts have been undertaken to create a feeling of unhurried soothing ambience and simplistic casual tropical style. Inspired by the exotic influences of the South Pacific, the décor is elegant and understated. Modern conveniences such as Plasma television complete the sophisticated look. Cable TV is also supplied.

Accessed via a beautiful timber staircase are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a romantic retreat with a queen bed swathed in a muslin mosquito net. An LCD flat panel television is located in the bedroom. The second bedroom comprises of 2 single beds which can come together to form a king if required.

Slip into island time and experience the luxury of your own private garden oasis. Large sliding doors open to extend your living area outside and allow tropical breezes to flow through.

The living room is stylish and casual and features high ceilings. There is also a powder room downstairs. The kitchen features marble benchtops, dishwasher and the ever essential espresso machine. We supply our guests with local organic coffee, tea and cookies to enjoy.

The beautiful tropical gardens contain heliconias frangipanis and palms. Enjoy the relaxing sound from the water feature, a focal point of the garden. The outdoor shower is a special feature of the yard and is great for washing off after a trip to the beach.

Enjoy tranquil time relaxing by the resorts heated pool or indulge in an in-house massage with one of our recommended body therapy practitioners.
