Minimbah Farm Cottages

'The Cottage' is one of three lovely self contained cottages located at Minimbah Farm, a magnificent 150 acre beef cattle property nestled in beautiful Kangaroo Valley.

Relax and take in the stunning views from the verandahs, wander around the wonderful farm which is surrounded by lush rainforest. Enjoy a bbq at the creek, feed the goats & alpacas, collect the eggs from the friendly chooks, go wombat spotting at night, and if you are patient and quiet enough, you just might spot "Felix" our resident Platypus. There is also a mini golf course. Minimbah Farm is sure to please.

Located 2km from the village in Kangaroo Valley where you will find excellent cafes and restaurants as well as many speciality shops. Activities include canoeing, horseriding, golf and tennis. Kangaroo Valley is 30 minutes to beaches and 30 minutes to the Southern Highlands.

In situations where there are no other bookings immediately before or after yours, we are more than happy to offer you an early check in (10am) and a late check out (4pm). Just ask us if this is available just before arriving.

The Cottage

The Cottage can sleep up to seven in total, however it comfortably sleeps four. It consists of one queen bedroom (2), one bedroom with two single beds (2) and then there is a pull out sofa in the living area (2) makes a total of six. Also, if needed, we have another single fold out bed (1) which would make a total of seven.

For two people, Cottage rates start at $180 per night. A minimum two night stay applies to weekend stays.

If more than two people, add $30 per night per extra adult and $15 per night per extra child.

Weekly rates are from $900 per couple plus $150 per extra adult and $75 per extra child.

The Loft & Old Homestead

The Loft sleeps up to eleven in total, however it comfortably sleeps eight. It has three bedrooms consisting of one queen bedroom downstairs (2), one queen bedroom upstairs (2) and four single beds in the open loft bedroom (4). Then there is a pull out sofa in the living area (2) can make a total of ten. Also, if needed, we have another single fold out bed (1) which would makes a total of eleven.

The Old Homestead, with it's new hot spa, is fully self contained and private - approximately 200 metres from any other residence on the farm. It sleeps up to ten in total, but six comfortably. There are three bedrooms which consists of one king bedroom also with a double sofa pull out bed (4), another king bedroom (2) a double bunk in the third bedroom with pull out trundle bed (3). Then there is a day bed that converts to a king bed in the sun room (2) makes a total of eleven. Additional fold out beds can be supplied upon request.

Off Peak - Old Homestead rates are $240 per night for two people with a minimum two night stay = $480.
If more than two people, add $30 per night per extra adult and $15 per night per extra child.
Weekly rates are $1200 for two people plus $150 per extra adult and $75 per extra child.

Peak - Old Homestead rates are $330 per night for two people with a minimum three night stay = $990.
If more than two, add $30 per night per extra adult and $15 per night per extra child.
Weekly rates are $1650 for two people plus $150 per extra adult and $75 per extra child.
