Q1 - world's tallest resort tower - has Been awarded full 5 star status - now the highest & most luxurious resort in the Gold Coast, with the best city, ocean & hinterland views! And opposite the beach - not well back from the beach like the other new high-rises in Surfers (eg. Circle on Caville or Towers of Chevron Renaissance)! Of course the best views are from the higher floors, esp. from the SKY-RISE levels 42 to 54 (very few apartments above level 54 are available for rent).

NOTE: WE ARE NOT STELLA RESORTS:

Our Q1 apartment, like many others in the resort, is managed “off-location”. A majority of Q1 apartments are managed “on-site ” by Stella Resorts, a reputable & major tourist operator that is the official Q1 resort manager. We wish to make it clear that we are not representing that we take bookings for Q1 resort: we are separate from Stella, and deal only with our own apartment, unit 4804. A difference between on- and off- site management is that off-site managers like us can usually provide a more economical & personal approach, eg. not only do we meet you in the lobby for check in, we take you to our unit, and personally explain its various features & systems eg. the air-con system; TV & sound system (5 remotes), consumables provided, operations of dishwashers, etc.

Although we may on occasion be cheaper, the on-site manager has the advantage of providing a daily service.

Re rates, any extra fees, all these have to be clarified in advance by our guests with us when they make the booking. Bookings, charges, or complaints have nothing to do with Q1 resort’s on-site Reception. Therefore, if any of our guests have any problems (like something is not working), then they have to contact us – they cannot go to Reception and complain. Any problems we have to fix – guests have our mobile number, and we can take action quickly. Otherwise, the resort’s facilities, and concierge services, are available to ALL guests. Concierge can assist all guests with theme park tickets, transfers, transport arrangements, etc.

Most of Q1's ON-SITE MANAGEMENT’s 2 brm units are smaller than ours and 80% or more are on levels up to 41. One reason they charge more is because they provide a daily service – in common with most apartments in the Gold Coast, we only provide a mid-stay service for stays of more than 7 nights.

NOTE: some other smaller providers of Q1 holiday units may be cheaper than us, but it is unlikely that they can match our unit in size, level and ocean views: in fact, our privately-owned apartment 4804 IS amongst the best available in Q1 because:

• our 2brm apt. 4804 (“A” unit) is on 48th level - in the entire building, only those 2brm “A” style units on levels 49 - 54 can match 4804's direct ocean views (but we believe only one or two are available for rent). "A" units from level 44 have the best 180 degree ocean views. "A" units are 160 sq.m. - ALL other available 2 brm apts. are smaller. Note: in Q1, the 2 brm apts start on level 3! We are on level 48. Note: on-site management's definition of "high-rise ocean view" means apts. from level 20.

Spectacular ocean views from Q1 apartment 4804!

Apartment 4804 is on level 48 in the exclusive "sky-rise, sky-homes & penthouses" upper section of Q1 Resort - that have their own special bank of 3 lifts going directly from level 1 to level 42, and then from there to the higher levels. (The vast majority of other available apartments in Q1 are on lower levels - i.e. from levels 4 - 41, and are smaller). NOTE: VERY FEW APARTMENTS ABOVE LEVEL 50 ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL.

Guaranteed incredible ocean views from Q1 apartment 4804! Note: the major supplier of Q1 apartments in general won't guarantee which particular apt. you get - because what you get on check in is "subject to availability"! Could be on a low floor with limited views - or you have to pay a lot more for high-floor apts. with ocean views (IF available).

We guarantee great views because we have only one apt. in Q1 and it is on 48th floor with great uninterrupted ocean views - see photos!!

sub-penthouse style 2 brm apartment

Q1 Apartment 4804 has 2 bedrooms (plus additional living area), 160 sq. m. "A design" apartment. The "A" apts. have the best views, as they are on the "nose" of Q1 and although they directly face the ocean (i.e. East), they also provide spectacular ocean views North and South.

This Q1 Resort apartment offers a luxurious and spacious living environment - ideal for short-term holidays, or short-term executive rental for the Gold Coast area.
