Five tasteful, renovated suites in a modern double brick building situated in Lewisham, 5km west of downtown Sydney.
Each have large bedrooms with beautiful queen-sized bedroom suites, large TV and richly coloured, eye-catching German-engineered timber floor, very comfortable for walking on.
All suites are newly renovated, with a modern brand-new ensuite. Each bathroom is fitted French-made DYNAMIC basin and full porcelain toilet set. Bathrooms are also fitted with a towel rail, bathroom cabinet and toilet roll handle, all made of stainless steel.
With a Japanese-made RANAI 24hour continually flowing hot water system, you will never run out of hot water.

The large communal kitchen is fitted with quality high gloss polyurethane kitchen cabinets and granite bench top. Famous Italian brand made gas cook top, electrical oven and ducted range hood make this kitchen a little luxury. The kitchen floor, dining area and passway are all tiled with Italian-made polished porcelain. The kitchen also includes a fridge and microwave oven.

There is also a large backyard with parking space.
Each suite has fast broadband connection installed, free to use.

Living in these suite have the feel of a hotel, but with a family touch.

It takes 6 minutes to walk to the train station and the bus stop (to the city centre) is right at the front door.
The bus or train will take you to the city, UTS or USYD in only 10 minutes.
Short term holiday makers, business travelers, working visas or those looking for long term accommodation are all welcome.

Please note this is a self service accommodation. it require the guests service and cleaning the accommodation by them self. Gusts should keep same condition as move in when they leaving.
However, Service can be provided with service charge. personal heath material and consumption good are not provided such towel, toothbrush, paper roll etc. Booking for the Christmas and New Year holiday period we required full payment for confirmed booking and no refund will be given if guest canceled the booking in this period.
