Just a short stroll to the beach and shops and opposite the child friendly Mintaro Park, this is an ideal holiday house for any family wanting to experience the Perth lifestyle without the hustle and bustle of the city.
The interior of ”La Cote d'Or" is stylish furnished with a renovated kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A red gum timber floor and pastel tinted walls create an atmosphere of warmth and style. The open plan design allows you to share entertainment and dining with all your family members and/or friends.
Area Details
The mild Mediterranean Perth climate is ideal for outdoor entertainment; catch a fish from the Indian Ocean, surf the waves, relax on one of the beaches, take a break in one of the many local parks or visit the National Parks like Yanchep or Neerabup in the northern area.
Nearby local attractions include: Hillarys boat harbour, Mindarie Marina, Sorrento Quay, AQWA - aquarium, shopping centres, cinemas, restaurants and national parks, all just a short drive away. Many golf courses are available in the area. Conveniently travel to the Perth CBD by using the train from the nearby Clarkson train station. Travel within 30 minutes to the Perth Swan Valley wine area and visit wineries for great food and wine tastings.
Enjoy an ‘aussie BBQ’ in the manicured outdoor garden area. This well maintained garden features native and tropical plants like lemon, orange and olive trees. The enclosed garden setup attracts lots of singing birds where the Mintaro Park across the street offers BBQ's and a playground for the kids. It will take you a short 10 minute walk to enjoy the Quinns Beach sunsets.
