The chalet is has everything you want for a great time away. We make it more personalized with what we have to offer in the Chalet.
It sleeps up to 6 people.2 storey, 2 bedroom chalet with spa bath,fire place and a relaxing verandah.
A Lagoon in a bush setting. Only a short walk to the beach and rock pool, or a short paddle to the beach if you have a canoe or boat. Kangaroos and other wildlife to see. Fishing/Canoeing and Surfing can all be done nearby. Sussex Inlet is nearby to get your necessities and entertainment ( incl the local pictures) and a indoor swimming pool nearby. Jervis Bay is just nearby to explore.
Chalet equipped with TV, DVD player, stove and oven, refrigerator, dining table, lounge, outdoor table and chairs , BBQ, gas fire place, spa bath.
Bedding is provided but linen is not so you need to bring your own linen.
Sleeps up to 6 in bedrooms with master bedroom containing a double bed. Second bedroom contains double bunks( tv/dvd player as well).
Two double futons are located down stairs for extra people.
Locality
Cudmirrah National Park is located opposite the Lagoon and behind Berrara Beach. You can bush walk within the Park and along the beaches for kilometers unobstructed by development.
Swan Lake is located less than 2 kilometres away which is ideal for water skiing. Berrara lagoon is 2 kilometres long and ideal for canoeing and swimming. The lagoon connects to Berrara Beach.
All facilities are available in near by Sussex Inlet with a Cinema, Supermarket, Pizza shop, Fish and Chip shops, cafe,Large dining R.S.L.with Chineese restaurant and Bistro, Bowling Club with bistro, Sail Fish Club, Icecreamery, novelty shops,Ocean & Earth Factory Outlet etc.
DRIVERS LICENSE NEEDED .50% DEPOSIT on booking .
Christmas Rate. $1440 per week
(Minimum stay during Christmas Holidays is 5 nights)
The public holidays during this time is 15% extra a day.
Easter Holidays $880 (4 nights)
Other School Holidays $910.00 per week min stay 5 nights
Per weekend night rates excluding holidays:
1 night stay $140 (minimum stay is 2 nights)
Per weekdays $120.00
Long weekends : $160a night min stay 3 nights

Cancellation Fee:
If more than 30 days = Full Refund
7-21 days = 50% of booking
0-7 days = 100% of booking
