There is much to do when you stay at 10 Colonial Court. The Esplanade is 20 steps away and features excellent bike paths and walking tracks.
Located within the CBD, there are many great restaurants, cafes, shopping and the Mitchell Street bar strip close at hand.
For a Territory Adventure, Litchfield is an hours drive and an easy day trip. Kakadu is an hour and a half away. There are many fishing charters available, departing from Cullen Bay, which is about 5 mins drive from Ten Colonial Court.
Darwin has a vibrant multicultural community, with excellent markets at Mindil Beach (dry season) and Parap. There are many quality art galleries which feature local contemporary and indigenous art.
Conditions
Minimum 5 nights stay. Non Smoking Property (smoking on balcony permitted).
A maximum of 4 guests permitted.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your reservation. Should this occur, please note that, as a small establishment, cancellation fees will be incurred.
If you are able to inform us of your cancellation with more than fouteen (14) days notice, then your deposit will be refunded less a $ 50 accounting fee.
If less than seven (7) days natice is given, 50% of the total reserved accomodation will be charged.
No cancellations are accepted upon the day or after check in.
Guests are charged for the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances unless sufficient notice as outline above is given.
