Location

House is situated in the great Bayside area of Melbourne. Less than 1 km from four golf courses, shops, restaurants and cafes. Near famous Ricketts point and close to the beach, sailing clubs etc. 18 km from Melbourne CBD (28 minutes), 1 km from Cheltenham train station. 50 minutes from the famous Mornington Peninsular wine region. 1 hour from Yarra valley. A perfect location for work and sight seeing. We recommend car hire.

Bayside area; is the jewel of Melbourne and considered to be one of the loveliest parts. There are lots of swimming beaches, walks, parks, sailing clubs, cafes etc. The area spans from Brighton to Beaumaris only. Check when booking.
